Prices are in naira (₦). Catalog availability and checkout status are separate: a finished title can be listed even while checkout is closed. Checkout isn't open yet, so we can't take payment.

01Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked. From the moment you receive a download link, you have thirty calendar days to decide whether the book was worth your money. If it was not, email us or send a WhatsApp message with your order reference. We refund the full amount to the same card or account, usually within 48 hours.

We do not ask you to explain why. We do not require you to return anything (you already have the files; there is no way to recall a PDF). We do not blacklist you for asking. We would rather you ask for a refund on a book that didn't land for you than walk away feeling like publishing is a scam.

After 30 days we consider the transaction settled, but if there is something genuinely wrong — a corrupted file, a technical failure on our side, a misrepresentation on the sales page — email us regardless of the date and we will make it right.

02Delivery & formats

Checkout isn't open yet. We can't take payment, so no new digital order or delivery can start.

• PDF works on every device — phone, tablet, laptop. Optimized for phone screens.
• EPUB works with Apple Books, Google Play Books, KOReader, and most e-readers except Kindle. If you need a MOBI for a Kindle, email us and we will convert it for you at no charge.
• Lifetime updates. If a second edition is released (corrected, expanded, improved) you get it for free — return to your original download link or email us to request the updated file.

If you have a completed historic order and your download link expires, you lose the email, or the file will not open, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@voiceofiam.com with any fragment of your order details (name, email, approximate date, the book title). We will help verify and restore access.

03Pricing & currency

Prices are in naira (₦). Every finished title shows one approved house-list amount. We do not display a second currency, an exchange-rate estimate, or converted prices. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount when you pay and may add a fee.

Coming-soon and held titles are not for sale yet. They carry no public price and have no purchase or sample controls. A live catalogue status does not mean checkout is open.

We do not run promotional pricing or fake discounts. Checkout isn't open yet. When it opens, you will pay the naira price shown on the page.

04Frequently asked questions

What currency are your prices in? Naira. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the price when you pay and may add a fee. We do not show converted prices because we cannot promise your bank's rate.

Can I complete a purchase now? Not yet. Checkout isn't open, so we can't take payment.

I paid from abroad. How do refunds work? We refund the full naira amount to the same card or account. Your bank converts it back, so the amount in your own currency may differ a little from what you paid.

05Prices are subject to change

We may revise a future house-list amount as a book grows in length or production scope. A completed historic purchase is not retroactively increased. Any future change will be shown as one approved Naira list amount, not as a promotion.

06Your privacy

What we collect: your email address if you give it to us for a purchase or free download, plus limited transaction information supplied by the payment provider for an order. We do not store full card numbers; payment details are handled by the payment provider.

What we do with it: we use your email to deliver the books you buy, to notify you when a book you own is updated to a new edition, and occasionally to tell you about new books from the house. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; you will not hear from us again once you use it.

What we don't do: we do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run ad retargeting lists off your purchase data. We do not send you email from other companies.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel is installed on our pages for advertising attribution and aggregated traffic analytics, using Meta's standard PageView event plus a custom event indicating which site variant you saw. Pixel data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy and your Meta ad preferences.

07Intellectual property

You own the copy you bought. You may read it on any device you own, print pages for your own personal use, and quote short passages in reviews, social media, or personal writing. The copyright remains with the author and Voice of I AM Publishing House.

What you may not do: upload the book to a piracy site, share your download link with dozens of other people, resell copies, or pass off the writing as your own. These are small books from a small house — piracy here does not hurt a corporation, it directly reduces the author's ability to write the next one. If you know someone who genuinely cannot afford the book but needs it, message us on WhatsApp and we will send them a copy.

08Content disclaimer

Our books are educational and reflective. They are written from personal experience, observation, and (where applicable) cultural tradition and philosophical reading. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Money books are not personalised financial planning; relationship books are not couples therapy; wellness and grief books are not medical or psychiatric care; spiritual writing is not religious instruction you are obligated to follow.

If you are in crisis — suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, unmanageable debt, acute medical symptoms — please contact a licensed professional or the appropriate emergency service in your country. The book will be there when you are stable enough to read it.

09Bundles

A bundle is listed as finished only when every book it contains is ready. Held bundles are marked Coming soon. Not for sale yet. and show no public price or purchase controls. Live bundles show one naira house-list price and follow the same checkout status as individual books.

If you already own one or more books in a bundle, email or WhatsApp us after your bundle purchase. We refund the difference, pro-rated, for titles you already own.

10Lead magnets & free downloads

Free downloads (such as The Payday Autopsy) require an email address, delivered via Kit.com (our email provider). We will add you to our email list when you request the download. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click, and the PDF is yours to keep even if you unsubscribe immediately.
